Pop Up Picnics KC has different packages so you can celebrate your special occasion in luxurious style! All of our options include food, drink, ambiance, and our signature Pop Up Picnics KC’s elite service. Life's A Picnic

When classic elegance collides with our unique picnic aesthetic.

Our classic dining picnic package is the perfect way to spend time with your loved ones whether it’s for a celebration, or simply catching up! You will arrive at your very own beautifully styled private picnic, which will include high table, linens, rugs, table runners, beautiful theme-matched florals, table decorations, standing lanterns, and a formal vintage table setting for each guest. Because our classic dining picnics are also bougie AF! 

If you have a special location let us know!  All picnics are 2 hours.  Extended hire is $75 per additional hour thereafter.

Must book picnic 7-10 days in advance for planning purposes! 

All Picnic’s Include:

  • Featuring a Local Grazing Board filled to the brim with delicious grazing goodies, such as soft & hard cheeses, dips, crackers, olives, salami, and seasonal fruit – all the things that complete a picnic (You can select any food allergies within our booking form)!
  • We bring the ice, and you can choose from soda, Kombucha, or sparkling water to drink.
  • High-top table and chairs.
  • Vintage one-of-a-kind Rugs.
  • Vintage Formal Fine China.
  • Glass & Table wear (1x glass per person).
  • Twinkle Lights (for bookings commencing after 6pm).
  • We provide the speaker & you get to choose your own music
  • Card games.
  • Vintage Décor, Candles, Lanterns & More!

picnic pricing

Party packages start at $250 for 2 picnickers. Each additional person is $100/up to ten people. After 10 people the price is $75 per person. If your party is larger than 20 people a discounted rate will be discussed. Pricing includes delivery and set-up within 30 miles of zip code 64012, additional delivery fees may be required for locations outside of our primary delivery area. Sales tax applies.

More than 10 people? Each additional person is $75.

Party for 20+ inquire within for discounted large party rates. 

***Local restaurant options available. We can order, pickup and deliver right to your table! Inquire within booking form. 

Please note, larger parties may require additional advance notice to ensure availability. Please contact us to inquire about availability for your preferred party date. A $250 refundable damage deposit is due at time of booking for parties over 10 and will be returned the day of pickup before we leave your location upon inspecting there is no damage. If damage is found. Fees will be discussed.
