We’re just a couple of girls who have an obsession with curated designs, swoon over al fresco inspired food, love bringing people together, collaborating with some bomb local businesses and having a good time too!

We created Pop Up Picnics KC as a socially distanced solution to quarantine boredom. With an extra af twist. We specialize in styled, customized picnics- a luxury outdoor social experience. Each of our picnics tells a story. A story of people, places, and exquisite food.

Don’t worry about a thing boo! We take care of everything for you! From set-up to tear down and the fresh flowers too. Let’s not forget the feast of food for we have grazing boards that’ll make you drool. Did we mention that Midwestern view or the hidden photographer just for you?!

From a romantic dinner for two and group gatherings to bespoke themes or unusual or hidden locations, our luxurious picnic dining experiences use only local KC caterer’s who appreciate seasonal ingredients that reconnect you to the pure joy of food and being with the ones you love.

Desi and Hills were great and I loved working with them. We had a birthday picnic at Liberty Memorial, and it was perfect. Set up was beautiful, food was great. Loved that they were super communicative leading up to the day. They provided a speaker and extra phone for music. Would definitely book with them again!

"I have loved every aspect of this picnic and working with Desi and Hills was amazing. They are quick responders, very accommodating and will go and above and beyond. It was obvious that they put their soul in the preparation. We had the Boho theme and they helped us suggesting a great spot after we couldn't do the Atkins lawn. The spot, sitting, food and drink as well as the photos all were perfect."

Thank you ladies so much, Desi and Hills your attention to detail is amazing! It was such a great setup! The screen was big, the movie was clear and the sound was loud! The decorations you guys picked were so cute! The plates, silverware, tea lights, the movie showing board, pillows were so well put together! The charcuterie board was amazing! I love that there is something like this in KC! I’ll definitely be using their services again! 10/10 would recommend!!
