Welcome to our Heated Igloo Pop-Up Picnic Experience, a cozy and unique celebration set within the warmth and charm of heated igloos. This event offers an exclusive and intimate gathering, providing a one-of-a-kind atmosphere for an unforgettable experience.

**Private Residences ONLY not offered in public parks. All picnics 2 hours** 

Here’s what you get:

  • Beautifully Custom Crafted Poplar Wood Rustic Low Picnic Table Or Custom Queen Size Back Rest for ultimate comfort
  • You can choose from soda, Kombucha, or sparkling water to drink
  • 2 Hour rental
  • Rugs + Pillows for Seating & Comfort
  • Fresh Blankets to Keep Warm
  • Glass Wear + Table Settings (if applicable)
  • LED Lit Lanterns, LED Candles, LED String Lights we light it up! 
  • Customized Letter Board Message 
  • Igloo Heater (no electricity needed)
  • Add-on Options Available When Booking
PRICING:  $299 for 2 guests + $65 each additional guest
 
*A $35 installation & service fee will be applied to your final invoice.

Pricing includes delivery and set-up within 30 miles of zip code 64012, additional delivery fees may be required for locations outside of our primary delivery area. Sales tax applies.

"I have loved every aspect of this picnic and working with Desi and Hills was amazing. They are quick responders, very accommodating and will go and above and beyond. It was obvious that they put their soul in the preparation. We had the Boho theme and they helped us suggesting a great spot after we couldn't do the Atkins lawn. The spot, sitting, food and drink as well as the photos all were perfect."

Thank you ladies so much, Desi and Hills your attention to detail is amazing! It was such a great setup! The screen was big, the movie was clear and the sound was loud! The decorations you guys picked were so cute! The plates, silverware, tea lights, the movie showing board, pillows were so well put together! The charcuterie board was amazing! I love that there is something like this in KC! I’ll definitely be using their services again! 10/10 would recommend!!
